How do I remove words accidentally added to my Firefox dictionary?

Here's my problem:

I typed in a misspelled word and right-clicked it to replace it with the correct spelling, but I accidentally clicked "Add to Dictionary" instead. How do I go about removing the misspelled word from my dictionary on Firefox?

NOTE: I asked this question a while back, but the only answer I go didn't help me as the file it led me to didn't exist on my computer. I am operating off of Windows Vista (sadly). How do I remove words accidentally added to my Firefox dictionary?
Your personal dictionary, persdict.dat, seems to be in this directory

C:\Users\your username\Appdata\Roaming\Mozilla\ Firefox\Profiles\ your profile

The file seems to be editable with Wordpad.

Hope that helps. How do I remove words accidentally added to my Firefox dictionary?
Very sad, and with no excuse.

I had Vista Ultimate and downloaded a liveCD of Ubuntu.

I shrank Vista to 50GB, and installed ubuntu. 6 months later I replaced Vista with XP and installed a newer version of Ubuntu. Since then I simply added games, and disabled everything else, bit by bit, in XP - services, themes - all sorts.

Now I only ever do games in XP, and everything else in Ubuntu. Funny how much the Vista account stuff mimicks Ubuntu - but it doesn't work quite so well.

Anyway, your question....

You're in Firefox now right? Open a new tab, and then hit F1. This is help.

check for "DIC" related addons in the new mozilla-firefox addon website. (using the search engine in mozilla's website).
Most of the file have an edit to them this will allow you to remove or change the words.
