I have a 3rd grade child that ask why their are so many rules for spelling when in math 1+1=2 it should be that simple. What do you think children already disregard the rules on the net and and personal letter anyway is it time to change? The dictionary does get revised from time to time. Bet my great-grandma's dictionary didn't have the word "computer" in it :)
Do you think punctuation marks should be abolished as well?
