Is there a way to update your computer's dictionary?

Not just right-click, "Add to dictionary." I mean to add a LOT of words at once. I have a new laptop and it keeps highlighting about 90% of my words as misspelled, even though I spell them right. Is there a faster way to add words?Is there a way to update your computer's dictionary?
That depends on the program. Windows itself doesn't have a dictionary.
