start with counseling or therapy to get to the underlying issues from childhood that makes you act that way. It may have something to do with bad self worth and self respect caused by an unhappy childhood and faulty parenting or genetics. The troubled person just needs to discover what is causing this behavior and be given a system to undo the childhood damages - therapy, religion, yoga, counseling, prayer, hypno-therapy, and/all forms of SELF EXAMINATION.

I've known people like that...the best thing to do is to back away from them and have as little to do with them as possible.

people like this never see themselves like everyone else see's them...theres no point in even trying.
Its called Hypocrisy and its all over the place. I avoid those types.
