It should be pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanocon鈥?which is a lung disease contracted from the inhalation of fine silica particles, especiall from a volcano. Apparently, it was a hoax.
pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism = is the longest word in the OED
flocci颅nauci颅nihili颅pili颅fication = is the longest non-technical word which means the act of estimating something as worthless
Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia = is the fear of long words.
I just thought it would be funny if I threw that last part in.
